Ninja Humanizer Affiliate Program Policy
Please review these terms carefully prior to registering as an affiliate partner.
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 30% commission on a referred customer's first payment only (including monthly subscriptions or annual upfront payments). Commissions are not paid on renewals, upgrades, or any subsequent billing cycles made by the same customer. The commission rate may be updated by Ninja Humanizer from time to time; any rate modifications apply only to referrals credited after the change.
2. Referral Tracking & Attribution
Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link. When a prospective customer visits through your link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser with a lifetime duration of 60 days. If the user registers an account and completes a qualifying payment within this 60-day window, the referral is credited to your affiliate account.
3. Refund Holding Window
To account for customer refund windows and prevent abuse, all earned commissions enter a temporary holding period of 14 days following the customer's payment before becoming available for withdrawal. If a customer's payment is refunded or charged back during or after this period, the associated commission is reversed.
4. Monthly Payouts & Thresholds
Affiliate payouts are processed on a monthly cycle for all accounts with an available balance meeting or exceeding the minimum payout threshold of $100.00. Payouts are delivered automatically via PayPal or direct electronic transfer. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payout details in their account settings.
5. Prohibited Practices & Compliance
- Self-Referrals: Creating accounts or purchasing subscriptions through your own referral link to earn discounts or commissions is strictly prohibited.
- Paid Brand Search (PPC): Bidding on "Ninja Humanizer", "NinjaHumanizer", or misspellings on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search advertising networks is disallowed.
- Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Mass unsolicited emails, forum spam, direct message spam, or deceptive advertising will result in immediate termination.
- Deceptive Claims: You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding Ninja Humanizer's features, guarantees, or pricing.
Violating these guidelines will result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commission balances.
6. Program Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time. Commissions legitimately earned prior to termination that have cleared the 14-day holding window remain payable, subject to the $100.00 threshold.
