Ninja Humanizer Affiliate Program Policy

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on a referred customer's first payment only. Commissions are not paid on renewals, upgrades, or any subsequent payments made by the same customer. The commission rate may be changed at any time; changes apply to conversions credited after the change and do not retroactively affect commissions already credited.

2. How Referrals Are Tracked

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. When a visitor clicks this link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser for 60 days. If that visitor registers an account and completes their first payment within the cookie's validity period, the referring affiliate is credited with the commission.

3. Refund Holding Period

Commissions are held for 14 days after the referred customer's payment before becoming available for withdrawal. This allows time for refund windows to close. If the referred customer's payment is refunded during or after this period, the associated commission may be reversed. If a commission has already been paid out at the time of a refund, it will be reviewed manually rather than automatically clawed back.

4. Withdrawals

Affiliates may request a withdrawal once their available balance reaches $100.00. Withdrawals are processed manually and typically take 5-7 business days to complete. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details (e.g. a valid PayPal email address). Ninja Humanizer is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details provided by the affiliate, which is why we require an explicit confirmation step before a withdrawal request is submitted.

5. Prohibited Practices

• Self-referrals (using your own referral link to receive a discount or generate commission on your own purchases).
• Spam, unsolicited email ("spamvertising"), or misleading advertising of any kind.
• Bidding on Ninja Humanizer's trademarked terms in paid search advertising.
• Incentivized or fraudulent clicks/signups (e.g. click farms, bots, purchased traffic designed to inflate referral counts).
• Impersonating Ninja Humanizer or misrepresenting your relationship with us.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commission balance.

6. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Commissions already earned and past the refund-holding period at the time of termination remain payable, subject to the $100.00 withdrawal threshold.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
